  3. 3At each round, candidates choose either (a) Accept allotted seat and exit further rounds -- report with original certificates or a refundable INR 1 lakh Demand Draft, or (b) Accept and continue to participate in the next round for upgradation (with the same DD/originals deposit, refunded on final joining
