Eligibility criteria

  • Age: 16 to 28 years at the time of admission
  • Qualifying exam: passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), or an equivalent AICTE-approved 3-year engineering diploma in any stream, or any higher qualification in science with PCM
  • Candidates eligible for BTech admission are also eligible for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course
  • Minimum aggregate: 45% marks in Class 12 PCM or equivalent
  • Physical criteria: candidates must not have colour blindness or any physical disabilities
  • Candidates are also expected to demonstrate subject knowledge, a practical/problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and team spirit

  • AME CET 2027 offers tiered scholarships (applicable to 1st-semester tuition fees only): Central/State Board toppers (up to 10 students) and Rank 1-5 get 100% (max INR 2 lakh)
  • Rank 6-15 get 75% (max INR 1.5 lakh)
  • Rank 16-50 get 50% (max INR 1 lakh)
  • Rank 51-200 get 25% (max INR 50K)
