1. 1IIFT no longer conducts its own standalone entrance exam — from the 2024-25 admission cycle onward, MBA (International Business) and MBA (Business Analytics) admission at IIFT Delhi, Kolkata and Kakinada is based entirely on the candidate's CAT score
2. 2For the 2024-25 cycle, IIFT's PI-shortlisting criterion was a CAT score of 98 points (with a further 2-point gender-diversity bonus for eligible candidates) — CAT score alone determined PI shortlisting, unlike the IIMs, which also weigh academic record
3. 3Shortlisted candidates then go through an online Extempore round and a Personal Interview
4. 4Final admission is based on a combination of CAT score, Extempore and PI performance
5. 5NRI/foreign/PIO candidates are considered on the basis of a valid GMAT score instead
