• GMAC does not issue an official prescribed NMAT syllabus document
• NMAT 2026 syllabus is mapped from historical exam patterns, official mock analysis, and coaching across three primary sections: | Language Skills: Reading Comprehension passages, Para-jumbles, Sentence Completion, Error Identification, Analogies, Vocabulary, and Prepositions

• Candidates commonly use general CAT/MBA-entrance preparation books for Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning (e.g. Arun Sharma's Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning series, Nishit Sinha's Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Word Power Made Easy for vocabulary), combined with NMAT-specific mock tests and previous years' question papers, since the exam's computer-adaptive format and sectional time limits are best practised on official/simulated NMAT mocks rather than generic books alone

• GMAC does not prescribe or endorse a fixed list of NMAT preparation books, since NMAT draws on standard MBA-entrance aptitude topics (Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, Logical Reasoning)
