• After UPESMET results (or, for candidates on the non-examination CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT-score pathway, directly after their score is verified), shortlisted candidates are notified by email of their selection-round schedule and must book an online Personal Interview/GD-PI slot by logging into events.upes.ac.in with their Application Number and Date of Birth
• The published process: register and appear for UPESMET (or qualify via an accepted national test score) -> receive selection-round details by email -> appear for the GD-PI round on the booked slot -> complete document verification at the institute on final selection
• Documents required: UPESMET scorecard (or the CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT scorecard used for the non-exam route), fee-payment slip, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets (original and photocopy), graduation mark sheet (original and photocopy), work-experience certificate (if any), migration certificate (if any), and a valid photo-ID proof

• UPES does not publish a cutoff for its own UPESMET score
• Instead it publishes minimum QUALIFYING PERCENTILES for candidates entering via the national-test-score route: MAT/CMAT 75th percentile (80th percentile for the wider non-exam pathway), CAT 2023/XAT 2025 70th/75th percentile respectively, GMAT 550+, and NMAT 2024/25 140+
• Candidates taking the UPESMET exam itself are evaluated on UPES's own composite merit list (UPESMET score plus GD-PI) rather than against a published minimum score
